a) 3 sets w/ 2 min rest:
       8 Power Snatches
       2 min row / rope jumps

b) 3 sets w/ 2 min rest:
       10 Burpees
       2 min row / rope jumps

c) 3 sets w/ no rest:
       5 Pull-Ups
       10 Push-Ups
       15 Jumping Squats
